Hotel Joya - Benidorm

Great location and clean accommodations

The hotel offered a prime location, just a short walk to both the beach and Old Town, perfect for exploring Benidorm. I appreciated the daily room cleaning and fresh towels. The breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold options, although it leaned more towards traditional Spanish cuisine, which might not suit everyone's taste. While the food options at the hotel could use some variety, there are plenty of dining alternatives nearby.

For the price this was an exceptionally good hotel. Friendly staff and very clean. A good ten minutes walk into the old town, and plenty of bus's from there to the new town,but we walked to the market through the back streets in less than half an hour. Good secure parking which is a bonus as we were there in October and there was no parking places in the streets around the hotel. Food basic but always fish on the menu and a good salad bar, and breakfast consisted of cereal,baked beans, boiled eggs,toast and jam and meats and cakes every day plus either scrambled eggs or bacon and sausage. This is a recently refurbished hotel which looks like new, and the outdoor swimming pool is heated. We were very surprised and pleased with everything, especially for the price. It is a predominantly Spanish hotel but the staff speak good English and we had no problem at all. Thank you to all at the Hotel Joya for your hospitality. We will certainly be returning.l

Nothing not to like. Good location, and right price.

this was a beautiful hotel for holidays. the staff was very good and polite, good services. the food was nice, the breakfast was well-stocked. location: the property was really close to beach, shops, bars, a taxi and the old areas and the new areas.

Modern accommodations, deep swimming pool, live music atmosphere

Cleaning staff starting early can be quite disruptive!!! Thin walls lead to constant noise from neighbors.

I enjoyed the pool area heaps, but the food lacked variety and the staff's night shift bloke was a bit grumpy, eh? Otherwise, a solid stay!

Very good value for money. All staff very friendly, ( especially Cesar in Reception ) lovely pool area with jacuzzi and free sunbeds.

Could find nothing to complain about, everything was very satisfactory.

The wi-fi was solid, but the poolside snack bar staff were a bit unfriendly.

The hotel has a lovely pool area and the staff were friendly . The air conditioning was a bit unpredictable, which could get uncomfortable at times. A decent choice for a relaxing holiday with good access to nearby attractions.

The location is excellent for nightlife, just a short walk away from bars and clubs, yet quiet at night for a good rest. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. The room is clean, with comfortable beds.

The air conditioning in my room was a bit inconsistent, hard to maintain a comfortable temperature.

The hotel was well place for the beach, food was good, but limited choice, roos clean, overall good value
